I've already registered for the conference, do I need to register again online?
When you register with our web site you aren't actually registering to attend the conference at that time. Once you register your profile we will then login shortly to activate your account. At that time, you can them complete your registration and proceed to upload archives, recommend fellows, and pay for any necessary fees.

Even if you are registered for the conference, it's important to create an online profile so that you are sure to receive conference updates and other features.

Do I have to pay online?
Absolutely not! We simply offer this method for convenience. If you have to pay registration fees you can do so via postal mail, telephone or online once you are logged in to your profile.

How do I upload my Abstract?
Please login to your account and click on the "Upload Abstract" link. Abstracts MUST be in .rtf format or they cannot be accepted.

How do I recommend a Fellow?
Simply login to your account and click on the "Nominate Fellow" link. Please complete the form and either mail your payment or pay the $75 fee via postal mail.

As an invited speaker or chair, to whom should I submit my receipts for reimbursement?
You do not submit receipts for reimbursement; however, you should retain your receipts for tax purposes. You will receive a flat fee, as noted in your letter of invitation, which should adequately cover your lodging, airfare and miscellaneous expense. 

In January of the year following your participation, you will receive a MISC-1099 showing the amount you received as miscellaneous income. You will then use your receipts to expense out the income.

As an invited speaker or chair, is my lodging arranged and paid for by the Conference?
You will be responsible for making your own lodging reservations and for paying for the lodging. You will receive a flat fee for your participation that should adequately cover your expenses.
